Rulebook for Season 22

TEAM LEADERS & PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ. NEW RULES, NEW SYSTEMS & ADJUSTMENTS ALONG WITH NEW LEAGUE PENALTIES THAT NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION.

 

 

Rulebook
1. Games & Matches
 
  1.1 - Games are played in 4 vs. 4 and the match duration is 3 periods x 6 minute periods.
  1.2 - Penalties are to be disabled
  1.3 - Spectators are forbidden to talk in Public Chat while league matches are on. Players who don't follow this rule will be given a warning, failure to still abide this rule may result in league suspension.
  1.4 - All games MUST have (1) Referee. If no referee is available, all games must be posted on the forums for a referee to submit on Tilastot > Please post in 'Post-Game Results' if no referee is available.
  1.5 - Bug/glitch goals will not count. Buzzer must go off in order for the goal to stand.
  1.6 - Lagging. If a player is obviously lagging out of the game and is directly involved in a play where the other team scores, the goal is to be given back by tthat team and the goals/stats cancel out & do not count.
  1.7 - Pulling the goalie before 4:30 before the 3rd period is prohibited.
  1.7a - Pulling the goalie while down 3 goals or more is also prohibited. (game must be in reach)
  1.8 - All games MUST be done by tilastot bot. All team leaders will receive commands on how to set up the room.
  1.9 - Admin is to be given to the referee of the game.
  1.10 - Mercey rule is 10 goals, stats will no longer count after 10.
2. Teams
  2.1 - Each franchise is to have (1) team Captain (GM's/Captains are responsible for team decisions.)
  2.2 - Minimum amount of players per franchise is 5.
  2.3 - Maximum amount of players per franchise is 6.
3. Team Management
  3.1 - Team Captains/GM's are:
  3.1a - The teams primary contact.
  3.1b - Responsible for ensuring their team mebers understand/follow league rules.
  3.1c - Responsible for their schedule (or deadline) games being played on time.
  3.1d - Responsible for his teams transactions (post-deadline trades, player transfers, team movement).
  3.2 - League has the right to change team management to other team mebers if all else fails.
4. Player Movement Deadlines
  4.1 - Once the trade deadline has passed players are locked unless released and can be picked by up another franchise.
5. Player Trades
  5.1 - All trades and signings must be announced and posted in the transactions channgel by the GM's/Captains.
  5.2 - GM's/Captains must be in agreement to the terms of the trade.
  5.3 - League has the right to deny trades or free agent additions. (only if super unreasonable)
6. Regular Season/Playoffs/Schedule
  6.1 - Season schedules will be realsed as seen fit on the discord.
  6.2 - When you win you get 2 points, overtime loss 1 points, a loss you'll receive 0 points.
  6.3 - There is a 3 vs. 3 sudden death overtime if the game is tied after the game has completed. Game is to be remade and using the command '/msg tilastot !mkl TeamName

   6.4 - Teams who have the same amount of points at the end of the season, playoff seedings will be determined by and in this order of priority:
  • Season Match-Ups. (whichever team won the season series).
  • Season's goal differential. (team with best +/- rating against each other during all match-ups).
  • Team with most goals scored during the season.

  6.5 - All playoff series leading up to Finals are best out of 3. Finals will be played in a best of 5 format.
